    If you struggle....

with sinful eating habits, then this is the book for you! Encouraging, practical and hopeful, Elyse's book Love to Eat, Hate to Eat has helped me to continue 'pressing on' in my daily quest for personal discipline in the area of eating. My well-read copy is tattered, torn, highlighted, underlined, has notes in the margin and on the inside front cover...those battle wounds should speak for themselves!
