This is a long awaited book I wish I had read years ago.It is written in a way that is clearly underestood. It is helpful to therapists and families alike. It is easy reading and clearly presents the characteristics of the adult children of alcoholics so they can be underestood, helped, and ultimately loved. As the years have gone by I have learned new ways to help my patients. Here now Dr. Douglas Bey and Deborah bey, R.N. give us insight into the care of this patients, an issue until now seldom addressed in the literature. This is a book that I higly recommend and I will include in my holiday shopping list to my colleagues and friendsWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
