Meet the Author

Carol Showalter is the founder of the 3D program and co-author of Your Whole Life: The 3D Plan for Eating Well, Living Right, and Loving God. She has been featured in Ladies' Home Journal, Woman's Day, Prevention, and other publications, and frequently leads workshops and retreats around the country. Carol lives on Cape Cod with her husband, Bill.

Mary Jane Preston, author of Getting Your House in Order, was a member of the very first 3D (Diet, Discipline, and Discipleship) group started by Carol Showalter at Parkminster Presbyterian Church in the early 1970's. She died in 2006.
