by Kanchan Kabra

Chocolates are important part of munch which is irresistible for any age; it is not only enjoyed by children but by individuals of all ages.

As the times have changed, making and distribution of sweets is replaced by chocolates. People find it more convenient, economic and hasselfree. This book helps you to make delicious chocolates at home. It has a variety to offer from plain chocolates to dry fruit chocolates or stuffed delicacies to low calorie and sugar free sweets.

As more and more people are getting conscious about health, they avoid sweets as they are full of calories, from sugar and ghee.

Initially chocolates were given, distributed during birthday parties, Christian weddings, conferences but today all occasions seem to be incomplete without chocolates, whether it is a social or official occasion.

This is helpful for home makers, learners, beginners, connoisseurs and even children, who can make them easily without the assistance of any guardians.

Don't buy this cook book unless you want Indian food!!!

They neglect to tell you that this is Indian or some other kind of food!!! I have never even heard of most of the ingredients in these recipes!!! This might be great for someone else, but it was a total waste of my money, I am glad it was only $2.
