    Not for me

I am a type 1 diabetic w/ an insulin pump. I eat a very strict low carb diet to help control blood sugar. The receipes in this cookbook do not work well for me. They use ingredients that are difficult to find, use Splenda for sweeting (the malto dextrin in Splenda raises blood sugar) and use products that are not really low carb (rice & wheat flours may have fewer carbs than regular flour but they still raise blood sugar). The free sample lists the names of receipes but you cant see the ingredients until you buy the book. Receipes sound good but aren't compatible with my lifestyle.
