This book doesn't contain just GOOD recipes; it also contains tips/ideas which help daily in cutting back on carbs. Hungry for sweets? It has them. Got the munchies? It has suggestions. Dying for pizza? Voila!! I suggest you try this one.

Receipes were easy to follow. Deserts were superb. I dropped 38 pounds and four inches off my waist. I am so elated to fit in 36 inch pants. My blood pressure is now under control as are my triglycerides and HDL/LDL ratio. The food was terrific and now cravings for sweets
