    Want to get health without a lot of effort, this is the book for you.

    This is a great book. It gives you simply every day tip 'Switchbreaks' to help you burn fat. These don't take a lot of effort and you don't have to buy a bunch of outragous stuff to make it work. I have used this book for four + years now, I love Dr. Coopers idea's and honesty.

    Why was I so scared to try this?!

    This book was a gift from my mother-in-law, and I put it on the shelf for 8 months, until my father-in-law nearly died from heart disease, and needed a heart transplant! Since my husband has a 60% chance of also having heart disease, I knew it was time to get in gear. I took the book off the shelf and started reading it, and using the recipes in the back, and let me tell you...my husband, who is the PICKIEST eater in the world, LOVES everything I have made with the recipes from Leslie Cooper. They are incredibly good and so low-fat! I have gained so much more confidence in my cooking abilities, and have recommended this book to so many people already. I've informed my husband of the fat-burning switches recommended in the book, and even HE thinks they are easy to incorporate, and that this lifestyle isn't as scary or difficult as we thought it would be! I am excited to also try Leslie Cooper's Low-Fat Living Cookbook with over 250 recipes in it! These books are definitely a must have if you are intent on changing your lifestyle and committed to being healthy and fit! Outstanding book!

    Wonderful Way of Living`

    I have owned this book for 3 years and it has made such an effect on my eating and exercising. I'm not an extreme exerciser, but I walk and eat right and lift weights when I'm able to do so. I recommend this book to anyone. You'll be suprised by the difference

    It Changed My Life!

    This book has changed me and my husband's lifestyle and eating habits for the better. I am not only losing weight, but we have more energy over all and a better quality of life. I would recommend it to anyone who is conscience about their health and wish to avoid disease.
