I bought this book thinking that it would include actual glycemic index values. Apparently they are in the print version, because it mentions GI tables on pages 96-253. The Nook Book has only 67 pages, and no tables at all. This is a gyp for Nook users.

after reading the OTHER 1 star review - I contact Customer Support and had them look up this book on a Nook Tablet for me (prior to purchasing). Poody77 is RIGHT - it only goes to page 67. The Techie said to check back in 2 - 3 weeks to see if this issued is resolved. Well I printed out the SIX pages of chat (yep, a lot of chat to get a simple point across) and got nowhere for today. I'll try again. REALLY, for a buck more - just buy the paperback and forget the hassle.

This book was exactly what I wanted with the latest research data and list of food information. I especially liked that the index number was included, along with its category of low, med or high. Each item had its calories, fat, etc., listed too.
