This book is awful! You can't even see the words. That's what I get forbuying a free book...

Worthless. Yes, it's free. And you get what you pay for. It's nothing more than and advertisement to try to get you to spend money on his other books. Which I will not be doing. They may be great, I don't know. It's the principle of the thing. He gives you just enough information to tease you and then says "for more information buy my other book!" No thanks. Poor form if you ask me.

Some good ideas to improve your sleep, but no "first step" to lucid dreaming.
