Overview

Villains always have more fun. Lucifera Romana can attest to that fact. The action is fast and brutal as a rival master vampire attempts to usurp Lucifera’s power by first targeting her werewolf companion.

Sadistic vampires, Irish werewolves, and the occasional human all find themselves in harm’s way. Only the greatest evil can prevail in this dark fantasy.

Lucifera's Pet is a novel of approximately 97,000 words. It contains dark themes, violence, murder, mayhem, sex, biting sarcasm, and even a little romance if you can get past all the blood. It is not for the faint of heart or anyone under the age of eighteen.

Editorial Reviews

Claudia Lefeve
"This is one of those books that defy all you've ever read about vampire/werewolves. No glitter, no damsel in distress, no whining...Fabulous!"
India Drummond - Author of Blood Faerie and Ordinary Angels
"A fantastic read."
Zoe Winters - Author of the Preternaturals series
"It's a twisted, evil love story. I'd almost class it as really dark paranormal romance. But don't let that description put you off. This is most definitely a book both genders can enjoy and there is plenty of blood and carnage to offset the sweet parts. In fact, I think the blood and carnage makes the sweet parts more sweet."

Meet the Author

M.T. Murphy lives deep within the wilderness of the American Southeast with his beautiful wife, two amazing kids, and a were-Schnauzer named Logan.

Ever since he can remember, he has wondered why popular books and movies focused on the vampire/werewolf hunters instead of the monsters themselves. Sure, there are plenty of books now that follow the journey of a vampire or werewolf, but the protagonist of the book is usually an angst-ridden hero who struggles to overcome his or her evil predisposition.

What about the other side of the coin? What about the vampire who is quite content to feast on humans and revel in immortality? What about the werewolf who rampages through life without a care in the world? Those are the monsters he writes about.
