I waited this book after she wrote her first 'Love and Misadventure'. Beautiful words expressed in a way only she can. I highly recommend this to anyone that loves love and poetry.

This book is amazing for people who truly appreciate modern poetry. I feel that Leav writes writes in a way that we can most all connect to. The people who talk ill of this book are probably not taking the time to understand and to connect to what she is saying. I am a young writer myself and I appreciate her work. I would recommend this book to anyone, I am completely in love with book, and I would love to read so much more that she has to offer.

I was very disappointed the entirety of this collection of poems. Yes, they are beautifully worded, and they do have a lullaby like simplicity, however if that is all that these poems are trying to achieve then I am the fool.  I was under the impression that poetry was supposed to carry true meaning. The words merely state exactly what is on the surface, there is no meaning underneath. I'm sure the the couple portrayed in these poems will find them pleasurable and perhaps link them to their personal memories, however it would have been nice for the readers to see that as well. These poems claim to be deeply personal and moving, but have no real story, as good poetry should.   Overall, a quick read, pleasurable for the eyes and mouth, but not the mind.
