Healthy Hearty Chicken

Group A
150 g or 1 cup of diced carrots (small dices)
150 g or I cup of diced courgettes (small dices)
150 g or 1 cup of sweetcorn

Group B
300 g or 2 cups diced boneless skinless chicken breast

Group C
1 small red onion minced
2 garlic cloves minced
950 ml or 2 pints of chicken stock – low sodium
1 teaspoon thyme leaved
½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 bay leaves
Cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cornflour dissolved in water.

Group D
300 g or 2 cups of cooked pearl barley

Method: Sauté onion, garlic and chicken in olive oil. Turn flame down very low and cover pot to let steam for 5 minutes. Add stock and seasoning and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add pearl barley and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve with cracked black pepper. For a thicker consistency, add cornflour.

    To all......

    Archiving books is not the same a deleting them. In order to delete , yes, you do have to archive them, but that only makesit so you cant read it.( and its super easy to unarhive) . After youve archivd a bok you haveto go to the B&N website to delete. Your Welcome !!!!
    But cloudpaw your story is awesome!!!!!

    Sandstars sister chp. 4

    Both cats started asking questions at one until they sorted things out into this:1. A cat takes sandpaw to tigerclan. They found fernblossom and said,"whos our mother? Featherbreeze or you?" Fernblossom whispered back, her voice cracking,"your mother is dead. She died giving birth so featherbreeze and i were taking care of you. Please forgive us." Once again the cats started talking until moonwing, the winfclan deputy, told them to be quiet. A cat spotted them talking and came over. She said,"you guys figured it out, didnt you. Come on sandpaw, sniff me." Sandpaw took a good sniff and then recoiled in horror. This was the cat who took her to tigerclan! After her realization, sandpaw noticed the gathering coming to an end. Sunnystar saw them sitting together so after the gathering she told sandpaw,"it was for a prophecy."...(sorry if this is short. Sandpaw and mintpaw are sunnystars grandchildren, featherbreeze is their mother's brother's mate, and fernblossom is their mothers foster mom. Hope you enjoyed it!)

    How to get rid of books

    Go to where you bought tje book, click on the book you're trying to delete and click archive :) i didnt actually read this, should i?
