The competition is already heavy, but the race heats up when school security is at stake: student and staff high-tech gadgets are disappearing left and right. Whoever the culprit is, this is one stealthy thief—and the school is so busy with the election that he gets away with it every time. My kids really like this series. It was recommended by our school librarian. I have an 8 year old and a 10 year old. It's been a few months and they are Devouring them all over again. A good choice for the reluctant reader, or as a break from big chapter books. They can easily read a few books in one sitting. While sharing about what's happening in the book they are currently in.
