This is an ok book for teens, but there is quite a bit of cussing. The book is written in the voice of a 15 y.o. girl so I can forgive some of the immature thought processes and dialogue. However, what teenage girl would call her crush "Darling"? Also, the adult characters in the book weren't believable. The "hints" were too blatant. This is poorly written version of Twighlight without am interesting love triangle. I wouldn't be surprised if the indians turn out to be shapeshifters. That said, I gave it 2 stars because it's free.

I really liked this one even with all the spelling mistakes. The plot was interesting all the "vampires" trying to change the way of balance.I really cant wait till the 2 one comes out.

I was entertained by the story, however there were a few things that need to be improved. As a note to the author: One, the grammar errors such as run-on sentences and fragments could easily be fixed. A good grammar editing would be recommended! The first chapter dialogue could be improved as it seems a little forced and the jaunts across the ocean near the end of the story are rushed. Perhaps a bit more description and smoother transitioning between those scenes. I didn't agree with the underlying tone that parents and adults can't be trusted to go to with problems. Claire should have told her father of the first kidnapping attempt. Certain parts such as this didn't read true. Nor the sudden thought/wonderment of a supernatural power and then presto it'd happen. Otherwise, I recommend reading it for an entertaining story.

Just a random love story that had no backing to it, maybe a teenager would like it

It was a really good read. There was a part that made you think no way a teenager would ever want to be that responsible, but it really was a good book. I would love to find more of her work.

It could be that the twilight saga is gone , but then again this is way better! It has ancient greek refrences but brought into a modern day take! Then the different cultures, just a wonderful book,! Look out Meyers cause Knox just might take you down!

This book was okay. Very bored during parts of the book and it seemed like something bad would happen and then the next sentice she would make it better. No suspence. Very blah. I gave the author two stars for putting her self out there and writing when putting yourself out there can be very hard.
