Flash fiction stories generally run from between 100 and 1,000 words, with the lower word counts representing a challenge to the writer to craft a story with a beginning, middle, and end, along with characters, plot, maybe a hook or twist, and a resolution.

Even though this is less than 1,000 words, it IS a horror story...so I hope it makes you say "Sheesh!" at least once. Enjoy!
