    Waste of precious time.

I read it because it was rated 5 star & free. Doesn't worth the star. The only thing missing from keeping the couple apart is the plague. The heroine was sent away from France to Georgia by her wealthy father due to kidnapping threats. While crossing the Atlantic, she had drunken sex with the captain. Went their separate ways & reconnect after three years. After reconnecting, captain's jealous lover schemed to keep him by lying & forcing him to marry her. Heroine was almost raped 2 times, knocked around by an abusive uncle, relocate to Jamaica, marry a eunuch, drugged & kidnapped by said eunuch and taken aboard a pirate ship, was almost raped by a pirate, escape pirate ship by going overboard, washed up on deserted island and woke up with memory loss. Eventually her Captain came to the island and rescued her. She did regain her memory before leaving the island. The conversations between the leads are absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time.

    Good read

I enjoyed reading this book. Except some of the events did not match the time line. For example the auther kept referring the time when Samuel, Daniel and lynna were together in younger years. She has only been in Georgia for three years. They were not that young when they met.

I enjoyed this novel. I am a avid reader of historical romance for many years and this book is well written and characters are great. Adventure, loves, romance, steamy scenes, and all that a novel should be. I cant wait for book 2 Lynna's Beau.

    Loved this book!

This is my first book by Ms. Margo. The book is about 400 pages. It is a great love story. The male is strong and the female is just right. There were some behaviors of the male i did not like but he was there for her when he needed to be. The story will take you through a range of emotions, but stay with it and you will love it. I am eagerly awaiting the next book.

LOVED IT...........yes everything was a little to coincidental, but that made for a wonderful fictional story.
It was well written and fully developed characters. loved the characters in this story.
Except for Suzanne. I hate her. But that's good......your suppose to hate her. lol.
This is a stand alone book, but there is a book 2. From the excerpt I just read,I think I'm going to hate her more.

I Loved this book! I couldn't put it down. I am very disappointed that book 2 Lynna's Beau you can not get for your nook. Barns & Noble doesn't even have it. They have it at Amazone for the kindle. I did not like the rape scene with Suzanne. She opens her legs willingly and then has an orgasm. I am sorry, if you were being raped I dought you would find pleasur in it. She was satisfied after...sick. Other then that it was a really great story. I hope I can find the second book.
