Purchased some Mad Libs for my 9 year old nephew for Christmas and had no idea what a big hit they would be. We played as a family all Christmas afternoon, and the fun continued with his friends. Great way to learn without even knowing it!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

What a fun way for children to learn the difference between an adjective and an adverb! The reader is asked to fill in a list of words e.g. and adjective, a noun, a plural part of the body and then the answers are transferred into a the blanks in a story. This can result (if you don;t cheap and read the story first) in some hilarious combinations such as whistled for a dog with your toes! The resulting stories have me and my six year old in stitches and she can not wait to share with her Dad when he comes home. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
