About the Author

Mike Tucker is the senior pastor of the 1,600 member Arlington Seventh-day Adventist Church in Arlington, Texas. In addition, Mike and his wife, Gayle, an associate pastor at Arlington, also present marriage conferences throughout North America. In April, 2004, Mike joined the 54-year-old world-wide television ministry of Faith For Today as director and speaker. Mike and Gayle have two daughters, Allison and Michal Anne.

Mike’s career has included work as an academy Bible teacher, hospice chaplain, psychiatric chaplain and hospital chaplain. He holds a Master’s Degree in counseling. Marriage, family, and individual counseling are major components of his ministry. Mike has also served as the associate ministerial secretary for the North American Division and ministerial secretary for the Texas Conference.
