Medical intuitive and licensed MD Madeleine Wagner thought she'd seen every way possible to heal a diseased body...then patients start dying from mysterious causes in her long-term facility.

The terminally ill fight to get into her ward. Once there, many miraculously...live. So when her patients start dropping and she senses an evil force causing their deaths, she calls on her friend and mentor, Stefan, for help. Together, they delve beyond the physical plane into the metaphysical... Only to find terror.

She wants to save everyone, but are some souls not meant to be saved?

Detective Drew McNeil has two family members in need of Maddy's healing care, but his visits to her facility leave him wondering - who cares for Maddy? Bizarre events on her floor raise his professional curiosity. And the more time he spends with Maddy, the more personal everything becomes. When the deaths on Maddy's Floor intersect with one of his cold cases, he realizes an old killer has returned - and Maddy's standing in his path.

How can these people stop something that no one else can see, feel or even believe?

Editorial Reviews

Book Faerie reviews - Jo Ann Hakola
Ms. Mayer adds a bit of romance in with the mystery, which I found very enjoyable.

The ending is dramatic and forceful. You won't fall asleep reading this book. Why not pick up a copy and see what you think about it? I enjoyed it.

Happy reading.
Reading the Paranormal Reviews - Kelly Rubidoux
Murder, mayhem, energy manipulation, and psychic visions kept me on my toes. Drew and Maddy's chemistry made me purr. I love that Stefan is the common thread that runs between the books in this series and I'm kinda excited about the hints that were dropped about his future.
Hooked on Books - Lynn S
Totally loved this book. I've read all three and this is by far the best. I love that Stefan is in this one too.
"sparklesmum" - L. Wareham
I love this series!
Maddys floor is the second book I have read in this series and I really enjoyed it I won't go over the story line as that has been covered in previous reviews I will just say it is well worth reading and I would recommend it to anyone. I hope there will be a new book soon.
"Jasmyn" blog - Jasmyn A. Dieck
Now this is a romance, although it is a lighter one. Dr Maddy and Detective McNeil hit it off from the get go, but both are hesitant to get too involved - so leave it to the recurring character of Stephen to put them on the right track. Another sweet and long lasting romance, which is just another reason to love these books.

My biggest disappointment was finding out that book 4 isn't out there yet.

    Different but enjoyable

After reading the first two, this one did not pull me in as quickly. It still has a sweet romance and mystery to it. I just did not enjoy it as much and the first two in the series. I enjoy this series overall and I am ready for the next one.

Book Three in the Psychic Visions series introduces Doctor Maddy

Book Three in the Psychic Visions series introduces Doctor Maddy, and her special floor in the long-term care facility. Dr Maddy is a medical intuitive, able to see people's aura's and their health as lines and colors. Her floor is reserved for a few select people who meet her strict requirements - and it is amazing. People live long past what is expected, and terminal patients have even gone home. But when an unusual death strikes her floor, Maddy knows that something is wrong.

Dr Maddy was a little too amazing, almost too good to believe. That was my one problem with the entire story. Detective Drew McNeil was a much better character and he really saved the book for me. Him and the entire storyline. This was one of those books that was impossible to put down (just ask my clock that read 3am when I finished). With some interesting medical cases and twists, the book was very different than the first two in the series. And while I sort of figured out the who-done-it part way through, it wasn't until the very end that it all really linked together.
