Why is it $10 less in print? What's the point of an electronic subscription when the printed one is $10 less? So much for the 'greening' benefits of digital content.

This cost $10 more than getting a weekly subscription thats goes through the mail system, uses trees, and can be shared easily. E-subscriptions should be the at least the same price as print.

It is such a shame!! I can get a 1 year subscription for $39.97 and a 2 year subscription for $69.97 delivered to me. How are we supposed to become green when the opportunities don't make it easy? Sarah 50

THE WEEK always gives multiple viewpoints on subjects quoting both liberal, conservative and neutral sources for many of its stories. Just about any subject you could be interested in is covered each week - the easiest and best way to stay informed about nearly everything important going on in the world.

If I could only have one magazine subscription, this would be the one. It literally has everything from news of the world to reviews of the arts, food recipes, tabloid gossip, real estate, political cartoons, travel, business trends, science and medical breakthroughs, all in 44-46 pages. The articles are short and concise, therefore I tend to read everything. I gave a subscription to my schoolteacher son and now my 11 yo grandson is reading it.

Not sure I understand complaints below. I don't yet see The Week on the Nook, this looks like the print price, though I think you can get it cheaper. Anyway, love this magazine! Saves me a ton of time, no bias. Really smart.

Despite being a news junkie (I've subscribed to Time, Newsweek, and Businessweek for 30 years), I somehow hadn't heard of The Week. A friend introduced me to it, and I immediately wanted it--on my Color Nook. But then I saw the price. No way. I'd love to subscribe. But I'm not paying that price for a digital magazine. What are they thinking?
