A must read even if you are not a reader . I highly recommend this book

In Magic in the Moonlight Robert Richardson really tugs at your heart strings. And keeps you guessing what is going to happen next. The two main characters battle mother nature and other hardships in their daily lives. I am a avid reader and read just about everyday. This book kept me reading and crying all day I couldn't put it down. I would say anyone who doesn't normally like to read will love this book, and for those of you like me who love to read won't be able to put it down. If you have kids this would be a good book for them it deals with peer pressure and bulling at school. And tragedies that can happen in everyday life. Its about a love that is strong but the characters are so affraid that the other person doesn't feel the same way each keep their love hidden inside them until many twist and turns are put in place at the end of the book.

Highly recommended for all ages, male and female

This book may be the best true love story ever written. The story take the two main characters through high school, and then into adulthood. They share a love in its purest form; using their love to battle all the trials and hardships of life. With each ordeal they overcome, they inspire others to be the best they can be. An emotional roller coaster, keep tissues handy. In Magic in the Moonlight the writer give us a close look at how easily our actions can hurt others, and then how easily we can repair any and all damage done. Within its many twist and turn he keeps the reader wondering what comes next, and believe me, you will never guess correctly. A must read for all teenage girls, and boys alike will benefit from the high moral values, and lessons revealed. In fact Magic in the Moonlight should be required reading in Jr. High, and High School. However, this should not detour older, and more mature readers as they also will enjoy this amazing story, and perhaps begin to better understand their own relationships.

An awesome book, and easy reading.

This book was recommended to me, by another male friend. I don't normally read much, and never read what I always called chick flicks. Long story made short I began to read thinking I would soon toss the book to the side, and tell my friend, hey I gave it a shot, and didn't like it. Once I started reading I never came to a place where I could toss it to the side, it just got better and better. Then I soon found I needed to read it in a room by myself, because I didn't like people watching me wipe tears from my eyes.
In Magic in the Moonlight Robert Richardson really takes us back to our school days, and you will remember situations like Joe and Susan (his two main characters) face. The characters are very real, and I found myself a bit lonely after I finished the book, I needed my Joe, and Susan fix as I called it.
At sixty years of age, you will find this book so entertaining and valuable as a parenting guide book, you most likely will purchase a copy for your married children or those thinking of marriage. For those whit teenage kids, this book is a must read, a real guiding light that can make a difference if young readers pay attention.
An all round heartwarming story; I can't wait till they make a movie from this book, please somebody do it now I need my Joe, and Susan fix, lol.
