All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
UTV Records' Magic: The Very Best of Olivia Newton-John is the best compilation ever assembled on Newton-John's career, largely because it does cover her entire career, hitting every major point from her early-'70s soft country-pop hits, like "I Honestly Love You," through her star-making turn in Grease, selections from Xanadu, up to the Physical era and its fallout. That takes a total of 20 tracks, plus the bonus track of "The Grease Megamix," and that gives a listener nearly everything they need from Olivia. Magic: The Best of Olivia Newton-John

If you are an Olivia Newton-John fan, you have to buy this cd. It contains her greatest hits from her hottest era, 1973-1983. This album includes her top hits from the movies, "GREASE," "XANADU," and "TWO OF A KIND," and also includes the hits, "I Honestly Love You," and "Physical." I have listened to this cd so much that it is almost worn out. It also includes a very nice booklette with the title of the songs, their original album, their chart ratings, and a very descriptive biography of Olivia Newton-John.

Magic: The Best of Olivia Newton-John

This is Olivia's very best compilation Album! This cd has superb sound, the very best, in fact, and is remastered from the original recordings. There is a wide range of her music on this cd spanning from her country music to her pop and rock. This album has the biggest hits from the primetime of her career(1973-1983) and also includes her hits from her movies "Grease," "Xanadu," and "Two Of A Kind." I love this cd and I've listened to it so much that I have almost worn it out! This album is an absolute MUST for any Olivia Newton-John fan!

    Greatest Female Performer Ever

Even though this isn't the most collective of all her great songs. That'll take up to 30 cds or more. This CD is worth having. This CD shows Olivia's music is timeless. Can't wait for the box set and duets cd. Olivia's cd Magic is worth more than 5 stars. Every fan or everybody who likes Olivia should have a copy

A MAGIC SET BUT NOT ALL WHAT WE WANT

Magic: The Best of Olivia Newton-John covers just ten years of a career that has spaned 30 showing how Olivia has passed through years proving the class, singing qualities and human nature that makes a performer a real star. WE all hope the announced Box Set, the re-release of her back catalogue (including extra tracks) and the new album studio for year 2002. This is a well done album, but Olivia deserves even more.

SUPERB MUCIS BY THE MOST TALENTED WOMEN - MS. OLIVIA:)

This CD is Olivia's best music ever as it covers the best decade for her 1973-1983 chronologically. There's a picture of Olivia on the CD and inside is inside the beautiful cover it opens up with additional information on Olivia. It's about 6-8 pages and is very informational and a must have for all her fans and I'm ONE!! After Grease she came out with Let's Get Physical.

Her grandfather won the nobel peace prize in physics in 1927. She was born in England but moved to Australia a few years later. She supports many charities and is a class act, sophisticated, beautiful, and charming. She formed her own band as a teenager and many of her songs were written by the band members. She was invited to Helen Reddy's home and where she met the producer of Grease Alan who said you'd be perfect as Sandy and the rest is history. Thank you Olivia. Your biggest fan who's hopelessly devoted to you:)

    Sing Away With ONJ!

Olivia Newton John? She is a reminder of when celebrities had class and a wholesome lifestyle was admired. Her voice is pure and angelic, yet she can also belt out some truly powerful soft rock tunes, too. All of which is on this popular collection of unforgeable radio hits and movie soundtrack music like "Grease". I enjoy her link to her beautiful homeland of Australia, along with songstress Helen Reddy of the same wonderful era in time. ONJ never sounds anything but unadulterated, like the fine image the world has of her. It is hard choosing a favorite tune. I like them all. I think you will, as well!
