This is by far my favorite series of books. Now that Magician is an eBook, I have my collection finally complete in eBook form. I have loved reading about Pug and his life and am still hesitant to finish Magician's End because I don't want it to end. These characters are akin to old friends and I cannot wait to start over again and read them all the way til the end. Maybe this time I will finish ..... Maybe not ?

This was the first Raymond E. Feist novel I have read, and I was not disappointed. Being an a fantasy author myself, I know how difficult it can be to come up with an imaginative and different story line. Raymond did an excellent job here. I do wish I could have seen Carline's and Pug's relationship blossom more. I also wish the hero's name (Pug) would have been something a little better, but it definitely stands out in my memory. But that's a minor observation and the story was entertaining from beginning to end. Don't pass this one up.

Story telling at its finest. The Imagery and grace of wording make it the best read even after 5 times.

This book was great, I am reading the Magician combined (apprentice, and master) hardcovers, and i just finished the apprentice today. Do not put this book down, I have read Lord of the Rings, around 30 books from star wars, more about king arthur, and to be honest this book is just that good. Pug is the master who must overcome his obstacles. Great buy
