Overview

Author Gregory Branson-Trent’s latest release takes on the world of Wicca, Witchcraft and the Metaphysical. In 476 pages eBook format, Magick: Wicca, Witchcraft And The Book Of Shadows, hits on all areas within this belief system and has a hundreds of spells, potions, oil recipes, incense recipes, candle magick, construction of a book of shadows and volumes of information.

In a review, this book was described by Mrs. B from http://www.confessionsofapagansoccermom.com. “Magick: Wicca, Witchcraft, And The Book of Shadows by Gregory Branson-Trent is one of the most information-filled books I've ever read. Starting out with an introduction that discusses what Wicca and Witchcraft are (and what they are not) the book moves on to discuss more subjects than you can shake a stick at, including much detail on what magick is, a discussion on traditional Wicca and the different traditions included under that umbrella. There is a Frequently Asked Questions section, information on herbs, candles, aromatherapy, animal guides - basically if it's connected to Wicca or witchcraft, it's touched upon in this book!”

“I have to say that I have never, in all my reading (and if you know me, you know how big a book freak I am!) come across a Pagan-themed book that has such a detailed list of correspondences than this book. Lists included in this book, among others, include correspondences listed by need, for stones and herbs. There are also lists of tools, a glossary of magickal terms, a glossary of medical terms for using with herbs, even a list of tarot card meanings! Seriously this is a great reference book.”

“Who should own this book? This book would be a great resource for someone who is starting off on their path and looking for something that covers a lot of information. It's a great jumping off point for discovering things like tarot or reiki for a "newbie" Pagan. This would also make a great text book for a tween or teen who is exploring the path (or a parent who needs information to pass on to schools about what Wicca/witchcraft is not!) And of course, for someone like me, who loves a good reference book full of information!”

Gregory Branson-Trent book releases include: Haunted Houses Around The World, An Encyclopedia Of Paranormal Events, Return To The Cemetery: More Ghosts And Hauntings, The Book Of Haunted Houses, Creatures of Myth And Legend, Ghost Hunting 101: A Guide For Beginners, The Ghost Hunter’s Field Guide, Magick: Wicca, Witchcraft, and the Book of Shadows, The Witch’s Spell Book, The Book Of Magickal Studies, Vampires Among Us: The Children Of The Night, The Unexplained: Amelia Earhart, Bermuda Triangle, Atlantis, Aliens, And Ghosts, The Encyclopedia Of Magick And The Occult and more.

Great wicca book, this one is huge and packed with information.

I loved this book. I never imagined when I ordered that it would be huge, 8.25 x 11 and almost 500 pages. The book is well laid out and hits on every area of wicca, witchcraft, the book of shadows, spell construction and has hundres of spells included. The book also has area of tarot, oils, incense, candle magick, and many more. This one is worth the money. Buy It!

    Save your money

I have been a Priest for over 30 years, this is the worst book on the craft that I have ever read. The author is narrow minded and sometimes just wrong. The book also does not load right onto the Nook.

    I can help

Really what happened was the pages in a nook is that they are smaller than the actual book itself. So if you have trouble just remember that the pages are cut in half. Or you nook needs to be repared. Pretty good book.
