    Doesn't work except on Android.

Hidden behind a link I can't even find now is the tidbit that this doesn't work on an actual Nook eInk device, only on the tablet. This makes the item worthless.

    Disappointing

The type is too small for my Nook and when I enlarge the type it becomes fuzzy. I tried to read it on my pc but can't open it. Wasted my money.

Here is the full skinny on “eperiodicals” and an explanation of the problems reviewers have had direct from America’s Test Kitchen Customer Service:

Hi, Thanks for reaching out.My apologies for the delayed response! I've talked to our team here to determine if this issue would happen for all users, and what causes it. The item you're looking at is a Nook version of one of our special issue magazines. These issues are turned into a Nook file for us by Barnes & Noble using a PDF, which is why some users are complaining of fuzziness when zooming in. The reviewer you referenced is also correct that this issue is only available on certain Nook devices. This would not be an issue with any regular Nook cookbooks from America's Test Kitchen, so if being able to zoom in, or using an eink reader is a major consideration for you, I might point you toward some of our other titles:
HTML not allowed in review, buttitle is easy to find via online search!
I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
    Happy cooking! Morgan
