La,Tonya, Made Me Love Them

I picked this book up it out of the blue and will forever be a fan of LaTonya Williams' work. The characters, Tate Gibson who was a nerd growing up has become the complete package any woman would want. Good parents, good education, good job, and knows his way around the bedroom. Lequisha, a single mother of three kids, who works two jobs and looking for a good husband. Tangela, the college student who has an agenda of her own. LaTonya made her characters come to life and made me love them, I know you will too. We all know a Tate, Lequisha, and Tangela. This was a Great Read! I enjoyed it tremendously and look forward to reading Messin' Up next Spring!

SBM looking for the Girl of his dreams. Maybe?

As a teenager and young adult, Tate Donovan didn¿t get any play. Now that he¿s a successful and ¿sophisticated¿ gentleman of the world, he expects woman to fall at his feet. He is definitely going to try and make up for lost time. He feels that he can have any woman he¿d like and that is were his problems begin. Carmela, teaches Tate that you can¿t play where you work. LaQuisha, a beautiful single mother who loves Tate above all else can satisfy all his needs as long as it¿s behind closed doors and Tangela is the women of his dreams, or so he thinks. She¿s young, beautiful, smart and classy. But who would have thought that such a lovely young woman would have so many issues. Tate learns the lesson be careful what you wish for, the hard way. He got his wish, now what is the world does he do with it? La Tonya Williams has done a very good job in bringing these characters to life and you can easily see some people you know in the characters. This book was a delightful and entertaining read.

    You're Gonna Loveeeee Me!!!

Make You Love Me by Latonya Williams was a great book. The book focuses on twenty something Tate Gibson, a Senior Claims Rep for an insurance company in Jacksonville, FL. His good looks along with his six figure makes him God's gift to all women (so he thinks). Tate juggles three women at a time - LeQuisha the ghetto queen, Carmela his co worker, and Tangela the college virgin. All these women have one thing in common, they want to be Mrs. Tate Gibson. Will these three women find out about each other? Tate's dangerous triangle of women catches up with him and gives him a hard pill to follow. Will Tate settle down with either one of them? Check out Make You Love will not be disappointed.

2 days is all I needed!

This book makes me think about how easy it is to get into a relationship just because you have nothing better to do but the sex is beyond your expectations and dreams. Then you look up and the person you (think you) want appears-- it isn't easy to let some things go... As the drama unfolds you can't put the book down!

    Deal Or No Deal

Two women think that they have found the perfect man.

LeQuisha is a hardworking single mother of three Holding down two jobs, she's making it, but she sure could use the support, help and comfort of a man. Tate Gibson is looking like the ONE.

Tangela is a young college student committed to her studies and remaining a virgin until married. After dating men that don't want to wait for sex, she is wanting a man that is willing to understand and wait. Tate Gibson is looking like the ONE.

Ladies man Tate has the best of both worlds. He's handsome, has a nice job, a laid out condo, drives a BMW and can lay the pipe well. What woman wouldn't want him? In LeQuisha, he's found a woman that handles her business in and out of the bedroom, but her "ghetto" ways and children are hindrances. In Tangela, he's found a beautiful woman with similar career goals, but her virginity and sometimes childish behavior is a turnoff.

Long nails, fabulous hairdos and three crumb snatchers OR spoiled, youthful antics and clothes burning...which will be the deal breaker?

LaTonya Y. Williams has given readers another solid effort with a mix of drama, jealousy, greed, love and lust. Make You Love Me is a book worth reading from a writer worth watching.

Reviewed by: Toni

    Watch Out Zane!

Make You Love Me left me wanting to hear more from this young author. Tate Gibson is truly the type of man that every woman dreams of having: handsome, successful, loves his momma, and a first class lover. However, he knows that he's got it going on and proceeds to string along three different women at the same time. In the meantime, in their efforts to make Tate love them, Lequisha ends up changing for the better, Carmela overplays her hand, and Tangela isn't all that she's cracked up to be. I could not put this book down. It is an absolute must read.

    Who loves you baby?

Tate appears to be all of that, fine, educated, built and he knows how to expertly put it down. Coming up in a house filled with love, Tate didn¿t officially earn his player¿s status until he became more established financially. Now that he¿s had a taste of the various pies, he wasn¿t ready to settle down with just one serving. LeQuisha works as a sales associate/nail tech and is a single mother that is desperately pursuing a serious relationship. With kids, who wouldn¿t want a father figure and a husband? Off and on rendezvous wasn¿t what she was after, but decided something was better than nothing. Tangela is a college student, pursuing a degree in journalism. Self love and respect kept her from becoming too involved with men. Instead she was waiting for marriage to bestow her precious virginity on her husband. Tate has his hands full at work as he adds juggling to his resume. Although LeQuisha is more experienced and willing, Tangy is still in the race holding a few cards of her own. Can Tate stop thinking with the wrong head in time to make the right decisions? In MAKE YOU LOVE ME the sex and desperation leak off of the pages. Laugh, cry, associate with and pity the frolics some people are willing to do for love then ask yourself, what are you willing to do for love? MAKE YOU LOVE ME quickly entraps you like the daily soaps. One minute you¿re caught up and the next you can¿t wait to see how it¿ll end.
