We are very happy with this book. It is compact and easy to take with you to the grocery store. The recipes are basic (sometimes incomplete) and easy to change up for more variety.

Unique food preparations. Oriental red meat salad very different and tasty- a must try recipe. beef stock anf chicken stock recipes excellent No breads, sugar, low salt recipes and meal plans lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks !
