About the Author

Janice Celeste, former commercial model and magazine publisher is the momager of international top supermodel Sessilee Lopez. Janice raised three daughters as a single parent and Sessilee is the youngest.

Sessilee has ranked as the #1 black working model in the world, #13 of all working models of any ethnicity, and won Model of the Year in 2010. Sessilee has been on top magazine covers, including Latina, i-D, and Vogue and in editorials for Harpers Bazaar, Elle, Allure and Essence magazines just to name a few. She has been photographed by most of fashion’s elite photographers. Sessilee is the muse of haute couture designers like Jean Paul Gautier, Karl Lagerfield and even Project Runway’s prince, Christian Siriano. She has walked the runways in Manhattan, London, Milan and Paris every season since the age of 16 for the likes of FENDI to Armani, Oscar De La Renta and the list goes on.

Janice is also the CEO of Celeste Studios in New Jersey where she resides with her new husband, Mike.
