It is well-written and well-organized. Useful for therapists, psychologists and psychiatry residents alike. I especially appreciate the author's examples and straightforward approach to interviewing. I am absolutely certain that this book will make first meetings more productive for both therapists and their clients. I wish this had been around years ago. I found it very easy to read and understand. I could skip around and read the sections I needed without having to search the book cover to cover.
