This is a book about how to deal with people and everyday life experiences who/that can be annoying, frustrating and upsetting. Matthews explains how to respond to people and situations by helping us understand ourselves and human nature in general. Matthews writes in a fun and easy to understand fashion that ironically simplifies pretty important 'stuff.' I would highly recommend this book to absolutely everybody....if people would actually read this book and act upon what is advised, then the world would probably consist of a lot more nice people in addition to much less unnecessary stress!
