Don't be ashamed if you enjoyed this comic-based shoot-'em-up flick. The first half was really good. This book really gives you the details of how the movie was made, unlike other 'making of' books. Example: Making of Dungeons & Dragons, which was 90% b!*ching about how the movie WASN'T made. This book, on the other hand, has in-depth studies of Dredd's history and the film's props, sets, and special effects. Some nice pictures and concept sketches highlight the experience. Even if a movie is disappointing (personally, I enjoyed it) there were hundreds of people working very hard on it for months. Nice read for the interested.
