    The best diet book ever written

    I have been overweight for whole my life. Always dieted and always failed. This book was the best inspiration. Not only it gives you a diet plan itsef but it fixes your mind - wich is much more important. In the playful maner it teaches you how to diet and helps you not to fail. Reading the book was just like organizing my own thoughts and functions in one simple routine of all the fat people and then trying to fix it. The good thing is you always can go back to it for advise. Two years ago I lost 44 pounds only because I read 'Making the case for yourself'. Unfortunately I couldn't control myself during my pregnency last year and gained weight back. But after I stopped brestfeeding I turned to Susan Estrich for another inspirational advise and certainly got it. Now I am on my way to a nice body again and once again it happenes because of this book. I think that every smart women should read it. It is simply the best. P.S. Sorry for misspelled words. I am a foreigner.
