Editorial Reviews

Linda Gibbons
Rave reviews! I bought this book as a gift for my brother-in-law's birthday and he loves it! He already has a collection of how-to wine making books, but said that this one includes some recipes for things he hasn't tried before (such as plum wine). If you are looking for a gift idea, then I can recommend this book to you.

Overall, this book has good quality. It is lengthy and thorough (not one of those 20-pagers) and includes ton of recipes for making wine at home. I have not made any of them yet, but that is the next step. From what I've seen so far I feel comfortable recommending it.

I'm a novice wine maker and always looking for more books to add to my growing wine making library. This one really has alot of recipes, and some of them are for things I've never tried before, such as dandelions! Lots of recipes and a low price make it an easy recommendation.

This was the worst wine making reference I have ever encountered. Find a different reference. There are many out there and this isn't one worth wasting your time with
