    I Also Recommend:

Making Your Thoughts Work for You.

This was purchased as a audio book to supplement other books that we already own from the same authors. Wayne Dyer is a person who in our time should be considered a great Teacher, in the fullest meaning of the word. His lessons do not come from hubris and ego, but rather from life lessons and the heartfelt analysis of them.

Byron Katie is consistent in her treatment of all who come to see her. It makes not difference who you are, what you have or have not done, she utilizes her razor sharp "work" to zero in on the true core of the issue, your beliefs and more pointedly your false beliefs. There is a reason why "The Work" is recognized by Stanford University Psychologists, as the most effective cognitive therapy today. The beauty is its simplicity, the challenge is your personal attachment to your beliefs.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good "read", listen, for a trip or even a regular commute. But listen more than once. When you are driving it is easy to lose concentration and every example or question raised by both Dyer and Katie is important, if not today then at some other point in the future.

    Changed My Life

I bought for this for Wayne Dyer. I love listening to his CD's. What amazed me was Byron Katie and her 4 questions. This CD lead me to get her book, 'Loving What Is'. She does 'the work' with 3 individuals on this CD. This allowed me to do some of this work and I love it! I am transformed and I have a new way to view myself and the world. This is the ultimate in acceptance.
