Let me begin by saying anyone who has rated this book less than 3 stars does not know what they are talking about. I have read or reviewed literally hundreds of magazines, books, web sites, smart phone apps, and none are "perfect", none  will give you a complete "picture" of the tattoo world, none has it "all." Many times magazines one issue are phenomenal, others they are not. Books with flash that could have been created by 9 year-olds. It is amazing how poorly this art is represented in the written web/page. This book is a photo compilation of the tattoo work of the many impressive international tattooers (tattooists you pick) out there in this world. Does it have tattooers "ranked" 1 through 20? Don't know. Don't even know who they would be or who would should be ranking them. I have my idea of who they are but they probably would not be yours. Anyway ... all that said, this is a beautiful book, and a beautiful collection of tattoos. It can serve as coffee table book at home or in the tattoo parlor, and also as an idea maker for getting a future tattoo. If only there were more tattoo books out there like this one. And for what $12 to $14 dollars?! You can buy one UK tattoo magazine for that much nowadays! This is an beautiful fantastic book on/of tattoos. And I highly recommend it.
