About the Author

S.S. Srivastava has been a Professor of Management in Delhi University holding the Chair of IFCI Professor, He is a well-known author of several books in management and has published over 100 research papers. The computerised information and reporting system for industrial sickness using non-financial parameters has been his original contribution. He has been Consultant to IFC! and Ministry of Defence and has participated in several national and international conferences.

R. A. Yadav is a senior faculty member in Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He has done valuable research on industrial sickness for which he has been awarded Ph. D. degree of University of Delhi. His research work has been well spoken of by the foreign examiners.
