    Great Reference for Any Leader

I was introduced to this text through a class on organizational behavior and found it to be a great read. It is a comprehensive look at the behaviors one encounters in today's workplace and offers a realistic solution. Through Situational Leadership application one can find great success no matter who they are working with or what the current state of the company is that they are working for. I recommend this to any leader looking for a solid solution to managing people.
