    Absolutely disappointed and discouraged.

    I rented this textbook through Barnes and Noble dot com....it took 9 days to get to me, so the usually ships in 24 hours most certainly did not apply here. I specifically and thoroughly researched my options and most definitely am in need of the internet access code that comes with this book. The specific description from the slug of a place that supplied this rental to Barnes and Noble said that it did include this code. Barnes and Nobles description even includes the code. But when the book arrived...no code. I just spoke with Pamela in customer service and she told me I would have to return what I have, re-enter a new order--but she could not guarantee that the new order would even have a code either. The class started last week and I can not be without a book or without the code for that period of time. I am extremely discouraged and disappointed with the service and lack of accountability for this product. Oh yeah, and I am a long time member of Barnes and Noble. Very, very sad. What a disgrace.

    Excellent customer service!!!!! Very quick reply time!!!I had to cancel my order so i emailed the seller ..i got a very quick respond which helped me a lot and there was no problems at all.But i was informed though that if the order had been sent out there wouldnt have been anything they could do, but with such quick respond time. i had nothing to worry about.
