The Manager's Toolkit is a great resource, which gets back to basics. I was looking for a book that could be used as a yearly refresher, something I could read once, and skim through multiple times, whenever I felt afar from the basic principles that articulate good, managerial common sense. In this respect, I would describe it as an affirmation book for the experienced manager. For those who do not have much experience - managers and non-managers alike - I would rate it as a fine introduction and reminder of the elements that should be staples of all hierarchical office environments.Was this review helpful?
