There are not a lot of books on the market that go into how to handle the necessary bureaucracy of projects especially on small ones. Some Project Managers out there have a tendancy of thinking that you don't have to bother with the basics on small projects and that 'winging' it will work. WELL NO... Small or not projects need a consistent level of processes but the trick is to have the right amount. This book explains how... Well done. I highly recommend it to any PM who manages big and small projects and anything in between. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
