We have here a very cute story and an explanation of many of the processes occurring in molecular biology. There are many facts in this book that were not in the book I have from college. Most of them seem to be new discoveries. There is only one caveat I have about this book. To understand the entire subject of the DNA code, you also need The Manga Guide to Biochemistry. Half of the information is in each book. Also note that the freezing machine at the end of the book has not actually been invented. Have fun with the story and learn from this book.
