The booklet is exactly the same as the one at the test center, so if you're looking for a good simulation, then this is it. However, one of the drawbacks is that once the marker dries out, you need to replace it with the exact same one. If you do not do this, or if you try to purchase a marker that is 'dry erase' or simply from another brand, you may wind up needing a detergent to erase the pad, as this booklet does not come with an eraser. Another drawback is that the booklet is too long for personal study. It's hard to practice with a hard legal-sized plastic pad. I winded up putting it aside and only using it when I practiced the CATs.
