    A b A fantastic read!

    Im familiar with Ms. Lafferty's fiction and believe this is her best work to date. The plot was engaging, her style clear and direct, the characters enigmatic, and the entire novel a delight. It's one of the most enjoyable stories I've read, and I'm sure I'll read it many more times. Readers with children should be aware this novel does contain some violence and mild profanity.
