I feel bad to write a poor review of a book because of the Google scan. Google did such a poor scan job that after about 100 pages of reading I had to give up. I would have to go back and forth re-reading passages or simply move on. It was apparent that not all scanned and sections or sentences were missing.

I was very excited to read this book, from such a author as this, but the beginning of the book was so slow it was hard to keep going.
