Marked for Death

Fanatics, terrorists, and appeasers have tried everything to silence Geert Wilders, Europe’s most controversial Member of Parliament—from putting him on trial to putting a price on his head. But Wilders refuses to be silenced—and one result is the book you have in your hands.

For years, from his native Netherlands, Wilders has sounded the alarm about the relentless spread of Islam in the West. And he has paid a steep personal price, enduring countless death threats and being forced into a permanent state of hiding.

Now, for the first time, Wilders offers a full account of his long battle against the zealots who have already slaughtered his countryman Theo van Gogh—whose killer also threatened to murder Wilders himself.

In Marked for Death, Wilders reveals:

  • How—and why—liberal politicians, including Barack Obama, downplay the Islamic threat
  • The systematic suppression of free speech through lawsuits, prosecutions, threats, and violence meted out against Islam’s critics
  • The untold story: how Islamic groups are redefining human rights to suppress non-Muslims everywhere
  • The true, bloody history of Islam’s spread throughout the world
  • How the West can defend itself against an existential enemy determined to conquer the globe

Expelled from Britain, banned from Indonesia, denounced by the UN Secretary General, prosecuted in court for his beliefs, forced into government safe houses, and constantly threatened with death, Geert Wilders is unbowed and unapologetic. Marked for Death is a stark warning about a growing threat to our liberties written by a man who has lost his freedom—and would not see the rest of us suffer the same fate.

I like books that touch on the fundamental issue of the day and that help us come to terms with realities that we wish would just disappear, even though they persist. In this age of fundamentalism coming from all religions, but with far reaching implications the world faces from the jihadists, Geert Wilders work though extreme in some aspects does a good job of jolting us to the reality of this fringe in Islam that is silencing the majority of Muslims with its extreme views, radical actions and deceptive ways. After reading Janvier Chando's The Sweetest , and then Geert Wilder's Marked for Death:Islam's war Against the West and Me; I accept the fact that the extremists must never be allowed to triumph.

Mr. Wilders is the epitomy of a brave man willing to put his life in jeopardy for truth. He and his family risk their lives every day because of the truth he tells. This is truly a brave man. I admire his ability to honestly open the world of islam and the mechanism of that ideology. I learned so much about the motivation behind those whose desire it is to destroy anything that doesn't represent their ideology. Congratulations Mr. Wilders, you have produced a well written, explanation for those of us who desire an understand for the mentality and mechanism behind such hatred for anything that isn't islam.

Marked for Death gives quite a bit of history of the Islamic culture and why we must be wary. Many of our former presidents spoke of it, including Thomas Jefferson. If you'd like to know what is behind the uproar, here it is. I definately recommend it.

This book with its attention-grabbing title is no exaggeration. Geert Wilders lives a life in constant threat of being murdered by Muslims because he dares to tell the truth about Islam. This book goes behind the multicultural haze and reveals exactly what Muslim doctrine teaches. Geert Wilders has lived in the Middle East, has studied the Quran, and has lived with the consequences of publically naming its goals. The book is clearly written and understandable. There will be a test over the next few years. Those who read this book will have a better chance at passing. Those who pass it off as alarmism will learn the hard way.

Readers of this book would like "Jenna's Flaw" This is a very important book. Geert Wilders knows what Islam is, what Islam's historical record is like (it's not good), and what Islam's goals are for the world. The big goal? World domination. More Islam in the West will equal less freedom in the West. It's even possible that the West will cease to exist if things keep going the way they're going (uncontrolled Muslim immigration, high Muslim birth rates, kowtowing to Islamic demands, and so on). If Islam were to rule the word (it's in Islam's DNA to rule the world), this would be bad news for Jews and Christians; it'll also be bad news for women and gays. All of the progress the West has made in human rights would be rolled back, and the world will enter into a new dark age. Dear Modern West, ignore Mr. Wilder's book at your own peril. Readers of this book will also like "Jenna's Flaw," a novel about the death of God, the crumbling of Western civilization, and what the West can do to stop it.
