This is a well written Marketing book.

well written, understandable, and well laid out. My book is a loose leaf notebook style, nice for only toting only a chapter or so to read. found that a real asset. nice class.

This is one of the most comprehensive, 'user friendly' and understandable Marketing textbooks available. The authors have again provided a clear approach to the subject with timely case studies that add to the students' enjoyment and comprehension. The 'loose leaf' format makes the text easier to use and reduces the initial cost - some students may find this a disadvantage because some college bookstores may not buy a used edition.
