Wives, here's what he thinks about sex:
"In spite of their bravado, men are a bundle of insecurities when it comes to questions of sexual performance...Having your sexual organs on the outside rather than on the inside can make a big difference. A woman can fake an orgasm, but a man can't fake an erection...."

Husbands, here's what she thinks about your lies:
"Does she know when you're lying? You better believe she does. Each man pulsates microscopic hints that signal his thoughts and actions to the woman whose goal it is to stay first and foremost in his mind.God help him if he's a lousy liar to begin with..."

Wives, here's why he has affairs:
"He isn't mature enough to weight the consequences. No wife should blame herself for that, although many often do..."

Husbands, here's how she feels about orgasms:
"Don't end the evening by asking her, 'Did you come?' It's akin to taking a trip with a kid who asks every five minutes, 'Are we there yet?' Since you don't know unless we tell you otherwise, your wife will say, 'Yes honey, thanks for rockin' my world!'-- just to get you off her back (front, or whatever.) Believe me, you'll know when she enjoys sex with you; because she won't be able to shut up about it..."

    Saved my marriage.

It gives applicable advice. Explains how husbands and wives really feel in the relationship. The authors are a married couple who are relationship trends journalists, and they write from the heart. I made my husband read it, too. I now buy it as wedding shower gifts.

This book may save your marriage

Marriage Confidential is not only an intelligent, warm, and witty insight into the depths of marriage - it is also a very fun read. Josie and Martin Brown manage to keep their writing fun and light without skirting the big issues. There are so many things left unasked in a marriage, and reading this book together is a good way to discuss difficult things in a comfortable way. I would reccomend this book to anyone in, or intersted in a relationship!

Marriage Confidential: 102 Honest Answers to the Questions Every Husband Wants to Ask, and Every Wife Needs to Know

I have to say that this is not the typical relationship advice book. I love the way both authors -- a man and a woman (a husband and wife team of relationship editors) give some straight talk to both women and men readers, as if you were gabbing about your marital problems with a best friend of the opposite sex.. The 102 chapters are short (1-2 pages long) and they use polls that most times collaborate their advice -- really cool! My own regret: there were some issues they didn't cover, but perhaps they will in a follow-up book.

Marriage Confidential: 102 Honest Answers to the Questions Every Husband Wants to Ask, and Every Wife Needs to Know

My wife loved this book, and thought I would, too, so she twisted my arm to read it. Boy, was I surprised! After the first chapter, I couldn't put it down. In the book are answers to many of the things I've often wondered about my wife, given from a woman's point of view. Then, on the flip side is the male perspective of things that many women really want to know. All the time we read, we laughed out loud...Great advice, but with humor, and not heavy-handed at all.
