WENDY KROMER’S cakes regularly grace the pages of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine, where she is a contributing editor, and have also been featured in many other publications and on television. In 2004, Wendy returned to her hometown of Sandusky, Ohio, and opened Wendy Kromer Confections, where she produces wedding and special-event cakes, decorated cookies, and custom-made sugar decorations.

    Very useful!

    I was unsure if I wanted to pay the price for this book but decided what the heck and am so glad I did! I haven't owned it long and have already tried three cake recipes, two filling recipes, and two frosting recipes and each one has been excellent and I have gotten great feedback. It's easy to use, very simply explained techniques, great pictures and worth every penny!

    I never thought I'd buy a Martha Stewart book...especially a $60 one, but this book is amazing. The recipes are wonderful and the cakes are gorgeous. It's the best wedding cake book I have, and I have quite a few. Everything you need is in this book.
