    Excellent!

This book is well written, by a man who has personal experience with Martial Arts. He dives into the history of Martial Arts, links it to other current fitness crazes, and relates it to God's word in a clear, easy to understand way. It's a short book that gets right to the point and answers many questions. I highly recommend this book to everyone interested in any martial arts, yoga, or anyone who has questions regarding meditation. Reading this will help better equip you to understand how Christians should approach these topics. It was well worth the time and money spent and I know I will be keeping it as reference material.
