What better way to celebrate your three hundred and twenty-eight

What better way to celebrate your three hundred and twenty-eighth birthday than with the worst surprise ever!

When a bleeding man holding a mutilated bird to his face comes staggering out of the trees heading right for Mary Lanham’s guests, it becomes painfully obvious that evil’s reign of terror is about to begin again.

As gossip circulates about Mary, and the Lookers, also known as the Reapers – the servants of the Devourers, become more daring, Mary must decide whether Vera, a new business woman in town who seems to know everything about her, is friend or foe. She can’t afford to guess wrong as the Devourers arrive to threaten not only her, but her small town of Chesset, Arkansas.

In Mary of Shadows, the exciting sequel to Mary of the Aether, Mary, with the help of her boyfriend Aiden, her best friend Kristen, and a couple of tag alongs, will discover new powers and new meaning in the gift she’s been given.

Jeffrey Aaron Miller pulls off another 5 Star fantasy of good versus evil, magic and mystery. His writing is flawless, detailed and picturesque, and his beautiful covers are worth high praise! Perfect for school rooms and libraries, this second in the four-book series is a must read! Look for the third in the series, Mary of Starlight, for your next fun, suspense-filled read in April 2014!
